		<description>Anything that&#039;s organic will be OK as a mulch. I like pea straw because it&#039;s readily available here, it breaks down by the following spring enriching the soil, it&#039;s attractive to look at, it&#039;s easy to use and it generally doesn&#039;t blow away. But I think soybean plants will work just as well.
