Spending Time In My Organic Garden

Well, it’s been quite some time since I’ve posted…. that’s because my computer decided to have a bit of a holiday. It was in the shop being repaired for a couple of weeks. Then I had a huge amount of email to go through, which I’m starting to get through now. So if you’re waiting on an email response from me – let me apologise in advance!

The really good thing about the time away from the computer though is that it gave me extra time to spend in my organic garden! There often really is a silver lining around every cloud.

I’ve had time to put in more seed – for winter plants here in South Australia. I’ve finally pulled out my last two remaining zucchini plants and thrown them to the chooks. Hubby’s been working hard to get our hydroponic lettuce & strawberry system up and running in our poly tunnel. And I’ve been adding to the herb stock by propagating like crazy.

Here’s an updated picture of my snowpeas, bok choy (going to seed now), cauliflowers and lettuce (to the bottom left). If you want to see what they looked like in and earlier post, click here.

I’ll have more pictures of the poly tunnel soon, so pop back for a look again in the next few days.

Happy Organic Gardening, Healthy Living…

Julie
